My Take On Dun
About Us

Terry and I met in Oct. 1987. First and foremost was our faith in God's plan for our lives.

It has always been my God-inspired dream to raise horses. Terry has supported that dream and been the
brawn behind the farm from the beginning, building everything from the barn to the fences. He works tirelessly to maintain everything.
When talk of adding a second stallion began, he put on an addition to house him.

Tori (Victoria) was born in 1990 and Caleb in 1992. With Raelee's arrival in 1994 went my horsey fun to raise the children.
In 2000 my desire to have that partnership with the equine led me to search for just the right horse.
That is when, after a disappointment, we found our first Morgan.

Grace Christian School where all our children have attended.

As part of a fundraiser, the local schools participate in a local event called Moosefest held in the fall every couple of years in Bennington Vermont. Raelee painted almost all of this moose...VERY impressive! It is aptly named Four Seasons Moose and sports various Vermont scenes and the state coat of arms.

July 30th 2010 our family embarked on a weekend trip not done for many years.

When one owns so many horses it is not easy to go away!

A HUGE thank you to the Waters' ladies for manning the farm while we spent some precious time together!

My mind was at ease the whole time, even with a pregger mare at home! Priceless!!

The above photo kind of speaks for itself...Caleb whooping it up while Uncle Kevin drove.

 Our Mission

Simply to breed top quality Morgans who are exceptional in the show ring

and gentle in nature in your backyard! Adding color is the FUN part!

Our visit to the UVM Morgan Horse Farm was educational

and helped give us a vision and focus for the future of our little farm.

This is the standard I think we all strive for. Figure.

Tocara Farm was formed in 2000 and is soley owned and operated by the Rousseau family.

How did we come up with that name? TO-Tori CA-Caleb and RA-Raelee
